Ben l’ha scritta da solo quando aveva 15 anni.
E’ stata la seconda che ha scritto per la band (la prima è Understanding).
Questo per quando riguarda la versione originale.
La versione più conosciuta Amy ha scritto il bridge e la relativa parte a pianoforte. Ci sono 7 versioni.
Ci sono diverse interpretazioni della canzone.
E’ basata su una storia che Ben ha scritto.
Ben dice che la canzone è su uno spirito che continua a stare con te anche dopo la morte e ti perseguita fino a che non vuoi tu che lo spirito se ne vada, perché altrimenti non ti lascerà solo. Ben ha dedicato la canzone e l’intero album Fallen a suo nonno Bill.
La canzone ha avuto la nomination ai Grammy del 2005 (best pop vocal performance by a Duo or Group).
